The Government of Quebec has announced an investment of $ 826,500 in Montérégie to fund 11 psychological health support programs for self-employed workers and microenterprises with fewer than five employees.
Over 200 participants will benefit from individual or group online meetings. Personalized support will also be offered to them by experts, to help them bounce back professionally in the face of the new reality linked to the health crisis, to equip them and to break their isolation. Participants will thus be able to exchange views with their peers, but also to develop new skills to establish the actions to be taken in order to project themselves towards better-being at work.
The 11 projects will be set up with the collaboration of the Services Québec offices in Beloeil, Brossard, Cowansville, Granby, Saint-Constant, Salaberry-de-Valleyfield, Sorel-Tracy and Vaudreuil-Dorion. They are possible thanks to the involvement and expertise of the following partners and suppliers: Alternative RH, the Canadian Mental Health Association, Granby and region industrial development, Enjeux Carrière, Entrepreneuriat Haute-Yamaska, Humance Bromont, Iceberg Management , Soluflex, Zel, consultants Sonia Duquette and Janic Asselin and consultant trainer Vincent Cousin.
