Fabio Quartararo did nothing in the two free practice sessions MotoGP Styria on the first day. This record is a bad signal for the French racer.
Quartararo did not speak much in the two free practice sessions. In the FP1 free practice session, Quartararo is in 10th position with a difference of 0.522 seconds from Jack Miller who is the fastest racer.
Meanwhile, entering the FP2 MotoGP Styria, Quartararo’s timing has not improved. The French racer instead sits in 14th place with a larger time difference of 1.005 seconds from Pol Espargaro who is in the top position.
Meanwhile, Andrea Dovizioso’s score was quite promising on the first day. Even though in FP2 MotoGP Styria he only sits in 5th position, Dovizioso has recorded a time of around 1 minute 23 seconds on FP1 MotoGP Styria. This makes Dovizioso have great potential to reap good results in the fifth series of MotoGP 2020.

Quartararo himself has been wary of Dovizioso as a figure who could pose a big threat to the MotoGP Styria which took place at the Red Bull Ring. The circuit in Austria is a Ducati colony circuit.
Since MotoGP 2016, Ducati riders have always won at the circuit with Dovizioso winning three times.
Currently Quartararo is still at the top of the 2020 MotoGP standings with 11 points difference from Dovizioso. The difference in points could be wiped out after the Styria MotoGP ended if Dovizioso returned to be the winner and Quartararo could not provide a fight.
Apart from Ducati riders, KTM riders must also be aware of at the Styria MotoGP. Pol Espargaro proved that he has the potential to achieve good results in this series with the fastest time in FP2 MotoGP Styria.
The LCR Honda racer, Takaaki Nakagami also achieved good results on the first day, as well as the Suzuki duo, Joan Mir and Alex Rins who could be in the top four in the FP2 MotoGP Styria.
