Quarantine in Ukraine has been working according to new rules since October 21. In particular, the authorities have tightened the requirements for passenger transportation.

From October 21, all drivers and passengers of interregional trains, planes, buses must have a COVID certificate confirming vaccination. Or a negative PCR test or an antigen test. We are talking about all citizens over 18 years of age.
Note, these restrictions do not apply to urban transport… So, in order to use a minibus around the city or metro, a COVID certificate or test is not needed.
