“A large percentage of people who are not vaccinated still remain. If we move on to more stringent conditions (quarantine – ed.), Then: you want to use public transport, sorry, but you cannot do this without vaccination. If you want to go to public institutions, this is also impossible.” – said the mayor of Kiev.
