Quarantine in Georgia – authorities changed entry rules

The Georgian government has updated the entry rule for foreign tourists. In particular, children under ten no longer need to provide a negative test for coronavirus.

The government said that such a change in the rules of entry into Georgia would stimulate related tourist trips to Georgia.

In addition, Georgia has expanded the list of countries from which it is now possible to enter if there is a negative PCR test and repeated on the spot. In particular, the list includes San Marino, Monaco, Serbia, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Montenegro, Andorra, Albania, North Macedonia and Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The new rules for entering Georgia have already come into effect.
