One of the most popular Turkish actors, a favorite performer from TV series of millions of viewers from different continents – Kvanc Tatlutu, and his wife Basak Dizer became the parents of a boy. The happy parents gave the name Kurt Efe to their first child, BTA reported.
The birth took place this morning at around 8.45 am in a private clinic in Istanbul.
Kwanch Tatluthu was present at the birth. He was extremely excited and cried with happiness after the birth of the baby, local media reported, noting that the boy is very similar to the father.
The birth was successful and the mother and baby are well, Turkish media added.
Kvanch and Basak were married in 2016 in Paris.
Kwanch Tatluthu said in an earlier interview that when they learned that they would become the parents of a boy, they decided to name the baby Kurt Efe with Basak.
“We decided to name our son after him because it is mentioned in Turkish epics. Kurt (in Turkish wolf-b.a) means a strong character who teaches, guides, is monogamous and creates a family. Efe also means brave, brave “Quanch explained.
The baby’s name is associated with the cult series “Kurt Seit and Shura”, where Kvanch recreated the image of a Turkish officer from the Crimean peninsula.
It is said that the relationship between Kvanch and Basak started from this series, where Basak was a costume designer.
Kvanch Tatlutu caused a stir 15 years ago, first with his role in the cult series “Gumus” (“Pearl” on the Bulgarian screen – b.a.), which became very popular in Bulgaria.

Kwanch Bashar’s wife is also well known in the world of television. She is a designer who invents the costumes of the performers in the series, and also presents the fashion trends on the screens.
Shortly before the baby was born, Basak was photographed pregnant in front of a camera in a photographic series with different clothes. And under the photo he posted on Instagram, Basak Dizer wrote a message to his future child: “While we are waiting for you.” Basak Dizer is said to have over 830,000 followers on Instagram.
