The Xiaomi 14 will be the first smartphone to hit the market with the manufacturer’s new processor. The details reveal that the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 will feature an 8-core configuration, the main one at 3.3 GHz, five with 3.2 GHz performance and the remaining two with 2.3 GHz efficiency. It will feature Adreno graphics with support for Ray Tracing feature.

Some recent tests indicate that Qualcomm’s next SoC will be up to 60% faster than Apple’s recent A17 Pro and, in addition, the company promises that this chip will be the fastest at generating images and brings support for language models. most popular large (LLM) systems, such as OpenAI’s GPT-3 and GPT-4 and Meta’s Llama 2.
