The gaming monitor industry is filled with devices, each offering something progressively different. There’s been a trend lately to see devices go to QHD (2K/1440p) quality, but also be able to be very smooth at an ultra-high refresh rate, and that’s exactly what AOC’s beautifully named new display brings.
Dubbed the AOC AGON AG275QZN, the monitor features a 27-inch, 2560x1440p panel that can hit a 240Hz refresh rate while using the correct settings with a response time as low as 0.5ms (typical response time is 1ms). It uses a VA panel type and is HDR 400 certified, and in order to find out if it’s a monitor you should be paying attention to, we had a chance to share some thoughts as part of the latest episode of Quick Look.
