According to the Qatari embassy, ​​the reminder refers to holders of Qatari diplomatic or special passports only, while holders of regular passports do not need an entry visa to Egypt, as visas are issued for regular passport holders after arrival at Egyptian ports. of income.

Holders of diplomatic or special passports require a prior entry visa, which must be issued by the nearest diplomatic mission attached to Egypt before leaving their place of residence. they traveled to Egypt, according to a statement from the Qatari embassy in Cairo.

Also according to the official website of the Qatari Embassy in Cairo, Egyptian citizens who wish to visit Qatar, who have diplomatic or regular passports, must obtain an entry visa to Qatari territory, and it must be issued with the nearest diplomatic mission between the State. of Qatar and the Arab Republic of Egypt.
