Doha, October 10 (QNA) – The Qatar Volleyball Association released the calendar of beach volleyball tournaments for the 2024-2025 season today.
The new season’s program starts with the first open competition (under 20 years old), which will be held between 31 October and 2 November, followed by the second open under 16 competition age in the period from next December. 20 to 22, and then the third open tournament for men scheduled from January 9 to 11, 2025.
The Federation season continues by holding several different competitions for each division, and will end with the organization of His Majesty the Emir’s Cup, between May 15 and 17 next year.
The Federation explained in a statement that the program calendar for the new season takes into account the importance of giving the national teams the opportunity to prepare for longer training periods in the camps that are planned to be held in the period we are ahead.
The statement indicated that this season’s beach volleyball tournaments will be held in a unified tournament system, with two tournaments for each category, men’s, under-16, and under-20.
The Qatar Volleyball Association also revealed that elite tournaments have been created with the participation of national team players in the U-16, U-17, U-20 and U-21 categories, which will include 6 rounds starting on November 15 and ends on April. 18.
