Doha: More than 1,20,000 books at the Qatar National Library for children readers to enjoy their leisure time reading. There are books to suit the interests of children of different ages. You can read directly in the library or through the e-library.
However, reading in the library gives a different experience. Children visiting the library can also participate in programs such as toys, games, storytelling, literary events, book discussions and theater events.
According to the figures released by the library, 2,96,456 books were read last year. Of these, 1,67,580 are from children’s libraries. There are lakhs of books, manuscripts and text books in 16 languages including children’s library.
