Doha: Around a thousand people participated in the mega medical camp organized by Qatar KMCC Kozhikode District Committee in collaboration with Atlas Medical Center. Various types of blood tests costing 800 Qatari Riyals, consultation with doctors in pediatric, gynecology, general medicine and dental departments b. P. , E. C. G. The medical camp consisted of tests which included tests etc.
Apart from Malayalees, people from other states from India, low income workers and middle class families from countries like Sri Lanka, Nepal, Bangladesh, Kenya, Pakistan and the Philippines have used it.
The Medical Camp was inaugurated by Aziz Narikuni, State General Secretary of Qatar KMCC, Ministry of Interior representative Dr. Bahauddin Huda was the chief guest and Doha Healthcare Group representative Shamsuddin Wani spoke. President TT Kunhammed presented the District Committee’s gift to Doha Health Group to Board Member Louis J. Moylan, company representatives Tony Abraham, Bijo C. Baby, Ubaid and K. Muhammad Isa (Ali International) Ashraf K. P (Well Care Group) EP Abdurrahman (Care & Care) Ashraf Kanawat, Basheer Khan etc. District office bearers Ajmal Tengalakandi, PC Sharif, KK Basheer, Tahir Patara, Mammu Shamas, Siraj Mathoth, Nawaz Kottakal, Mujeeb Devarkovil. OP Saleh, Rubinas Kotedath, Shabbir Memunda, Firdous Maniyur, District Health Wing members Ali Valkettil, Nisar Cheruwat and Ashraf Rayyan led the way.
