Hani Said, the ball supervisor at Pyramids Club, denied negotiations with Frenchman Patrice Carteron, former Al-Ahly and Zamalek coach, and the current technical director of Saudi Cooperation to take over the team’s training, succeeding Argentine Rodolfo Arwaparina.
Said “said” in televised statements: “There is no intention to leave the current technical staff of Pyramids led by Rodolfo Aruabarina, and what has been reported regarding negotiations with French Patrice Carteron is totally untrue.”
He added, “Rolfo Aruabarina continues in his position with Pyramids so far and we have not negotiated with Carteron to train the team.”
He continued his remarks: “Two deals for Pyramids will be resolved during the coming days before the end of the winter registration period,” stressing that Osama Jalal, Enppi defender and the Olympic team, are among the candidates to join the team’s ranks.
Pyramids tied negatively with Al-Ahly in the match that took place between them yesterday evening, Tuesday, in the tenth round of the Egyptian Premier League championship.
