Women’s Singles badminton Indonesia, Princess Kusuma Wardani, managed to bring Indonesia 2-0 ahead of France in the continuation Uber Cup 2021 in Group A after winning 21-9, 21-8 over Leonice Huet at 2 Ceres Arena, Aarhus, Denmark, Monday (11/10) afternoon WIB.
Putri KW did not get any significant resistance from Leonice Huet in both the first and second games.
In the first game, Putri KW successfully won seven consecutive points which made her lead 7-0.
However, a poor return from Putri KW made Leonice Huet managed to stop seven points in a row for Putri KW and make the score 7-1. The French women’s singles also managed to increase the score to 7-2.
However, Putri KW again won points and made the score 8-2. Putri KW continued to lead and ended the first game inverval with a 11-6 win.
After the first game interval, Putri KW again won seven points in a row with a score of 14-7. Finally, Putri KW managed to close the first game with a score of 21-9.
In the second game, Putri KW was also still ahead of Leonice Huet. In the second game interval Putri KW managed to lead 11-3.
Putri KW continues to successfully dictate the course of the game even though Leonice tries to invite a rally game.
After reaching 18 points, Putri KW briefly faltered and made Leonice able to score her seventh score.
After the opponent got two points in a row, Putri KW managed to return to increase the score to 19-7.
Putri KW finally managed to finish the second game with a 21-8 victory.
