Putin’s warning smile to Ukraine about the war could be more dangerous

Russian President Vladimir Putin respond to the plan Ukraine launched a counterattack with a smile. He warned that Russia would respond more violently with a more dangerous war if her forces continued to be under pressure.

It was Putin’s first public comment on the defeat of Russian troops in Ukraine’s Kharkiv region a week ago, which sparked unusually strong public criticism from Russian military commentators.

In response to Kharkiv’s defeat, Russia then attacked Ukraine’s infrastructure in response, including dams and power supplies. Putin also warned that the attack could get worse.

“Recently, the Russian military has carried out several sensitive attacks. Take this as a warning. If the situation continues to develop in this way, the response will be more serious,” Putin stressed.

Asked if what he called “special military operations” should be correct, Putin said: “The plan cannot be changed.”

“The main goal is the liberation of the entire Donbas region,” Putin said.
