Putin assured Russians that “no one can stop the development of Russia.” He believes that in 2023 the country “has done a lot, rejoiced at its successes and stood firm in defending national interests, freedom, security and values.” In his opinion, this work united society and the country “united in thoughts, in work and in battle.”
He also addressed the Russian military, saying that he was proud of them.
