There are still rumors in the media that Russian President Vladimir Putin has cancer and is being prepared for an operation, fakty.ua reports.
Mark Kotlarshki, a journalist for the Israeli online publication Dietali, who learned about it from acquaintances in the medical community in Moscow, says that Putin has been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and needs urgent surgery. Kotļarskis clarified that one of his interlocutors is close to the structural unit of the Kremlin administration, which is responsible for the health of the Kremlin owner.
His sources say one of the center buildings where Putin will be operated on is already closed to other patients. But before the operation, Putin is awaiting a pre-operative investigation.
Cancer of the pancreas is a malignant aggressive tumor. The disease progresses so much that even a successful operation can prolong life by only 3 to 4 months.
According to Kotlarsky’s interlocutors, the Kremlin is already discussing who can temporarily “get behind the wheel” instead of Putin in the “worst case scenario”. It could be a collective governing body, the Council of State, which had many powers under the new Russian constitution.
Director Oliver Stone also spoke about Putin’s cancer.
