The collapse of the ruble undermines the already exhausted Russian economy, Oleg Zhdanov recalled, and immediately after that he explained how Putin is trying to delay the inevitable. The President of the Russian Federation issued a decree according to which exporters will be obliged to sell foreign currency earnings to the state. This is how the head of the Kremlin is desperately trying to stop the economic collapse in Russia.

A military expert voiced one of the latest events in Russia: “Today will be the icing on the cake. Why? Because this is very deep news, although it is on the verge of madness. Putin decided to work instead of the head of the Central Bank of Russia Nabiulina. The Central Bank of Russia cannot cope, according to Putin, with maintaining the ruble exchange rate (the ruble exchange rate has exceeded 100 rubles per 1 dollar). This is apparently unacceptable in Russian society, and they are trying to level out the situation.”
“What did Putin do? Putin obliged exporters to sell foreign exchange earnings so that the country would receive foreign currency and so that the ruble would be strengthened by injecting foreign hard currency into the reserves of the Central Bank.
