Anatoly Chubei has resigned as the international envoy of President Vladimir Putin, a senior official who has resigned since Russia’s invasion of Ukraine. He and his wife are currently on holiday in Turkey, the BBC reports.
Mr Chubaiss has not yet commented on his resignation. A source told Tass that he had left Russia and resigned as President Putin’s special envoy.
