Since photos of bodies strewn on the streets Ukraine circulating, a number of parties denounced Russiawith the exception of countries led by the President’s allies Vladimir Putin.
Putin’s allies issued their condemnation shortly after Ukraine reported that Russia had killed hundreds of civilians in cities near Kyiv.
Ukrainian troops witnessed the horror scene firsthand when they were only able to enter the cities after the Russian troops left.
The atrocities allegedly carried out by Russian troops have drawn criticism from several of Putin’s allies. In addition, a number of other Putin allies have also criticized Russia since the beginning of the invasion.

1. Hungary
Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban has urged Russian President Vladimir Putin to immediately impose a ceasefire in Ukraine. This insistence came after the news of Bucha came to attention.
“I suggested to President Putin that he declare an immediate ceasefire,” Orban told a news conference in Budapest, as reported by AFP.
Orban has also criticized Russia’s attack on Ukraine shortly after the invasion began.
“Russia attacked Ukraine this morning with military force. Together with the European Union and NATO allies, we condemn Russia’s military action,” he said in February. Associated Press.
Meanwhile, Hungarian Foreign Minister, Peter Szijijarto, emphasized that his country supports Ukraine.
2. India
One of Putin’s allies in Asia, India, also condemned the massacre in the Ukrainian city of Bucha, which was allegedly carried out by Russian troops.
“We unequivocally condemn this killing and support the call for an open investigation,” said India’s Ambassador to the United Nations, ST Trimurti, was quoted as saying. CNNTuesday (5/4).
Trimurti assesses the situation in Ukraine is getting worse. Not only that, the Indian government also condemned Russia’s aggression in Ukraine.
However, India has never mentioned it directly in its critiques.
3. Israel
Israel, a country known to often mediate between Russia and Ukraine, also condemned the massacre of civilians in Bucha.
“Once again, a powerful and vast country has invaded its smaller neighbor without consent,” Israeli Prime Minister Naftali Bennett was quoted as saying. CNN.
“We are appalled by the horrific photos of Bucha, the terrible events, and we strongly condemn it. The suffering of the Ukrainian people is immense and we are doing everything we can to help.”
