In particular, Budanov answered the question whether Russia plans to announce mobilization on May 9th.

“Yes, they are preparing. Now the Federal Reserve has begun to check what they actually have in stock and calculate what they can issue for mobilization orders. This is an absolutely necessary step before starting a real mobilization,” the head of the Main Intelligence Directorate said.
