President Russia Vladimir Putin signed a law (UU) that formally ratifies the annexation or annexation of the four territories Ukraine in the Russian Federation. Putin’s approval was granted after the Russian parliament ratified the law.
As reported Reuters And The GuardianWednesday (5/10/2022), there are four laws that Putin signed on Wednesday (5/10) local time, which means to officially ratify annexation of four regions of Ukraine – Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhzhia and Kherson. The signing formalizes the request for annexation announced last week by Russia.
“Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed four federal constitutional laws on the incorporation of the People’s Republics of Donetsk and Luhansk, Zaporizhzhia and Kherson into the Russian Federation,” the State Duma or lower house of the Russian parliament said in a statement.

“He also signed a law on its ratification,” the statement added.
On Friday (30/9) it was known that Putin had announced and signed an agreement on the annexation of the four regions. Russian troops do not fully control the four Ukrainian regions, but continue to carry out annexations condemned by the international community.
This was reported by the Russian press agency, TAXstated that the further demarcation of the borders will be determined on the basis of the recognized borders when the four new territories are united with the Russian Federation.
