Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a law that allows not to execute the decisions of the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR).

Thus, Russia may not comply with the decisions of the ECtHR, which were issued after March 15, 2022. Compensation for earlier decisions can be paid until January 2023, but only in Russian rubles.
