The state of health of Russian President Vladimir Putin is back on the agenda. Although some time ago the director of the CIA expressed doubts that the head of state is in poor health, new speculations have now emerged due to the latest footage released on social networks, reports novini.bg. They clearly show that Putin seems to be unable to move his right hand.
It comes as the 69-year-old president is visiting a military museum in his hometown of St. Petersburg on the occasion of Russia’s Navy Day, which is celebrated every year on the last day of July.
In the video, Putin, in the presence of the daughter of Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu, listens to her intently, while in an instant mosquitoes begin to circle around his face. To drive them away, the Russian president uses his left hand, while his right remains motionless and clings to his body.
The mosquitoes continue to bother him until Putin swings, again with his left hand, before moving forward with a slight limp.
