Putin Reveals Who Caused The Whole World Is Huge Costs

MOSCOW – Western countries have mismanaged the global economy, and the whole world is now paying the price for their incompetence.

The assessment was expressed by Russian President Vladimir Putin on Monday (6/6/2022). He made the claim while addressing the St Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF).

The annual international event, hosted by Russia, is gathering for the 25th time this year.

In a welcoming address to the participants, published a week before the start of the forum, the Russian leader noted that the situation was at a turning point for humanity.

“Years of mistakes that Western countries have made in their economic policies and illegitimate sanctions have led to a wave of global inflation, disruption of established logistics and manufacturing chains, spikes in poverty and food deficits,” Putin said.

“Challenges are also opportunities,” said the Russian president.
