Putin’s direct speech: “We are not creating any military alliance with China. Yes, we have cooperation in the field of military-technical cooperation, we do not hide it, but it is transparent, there is nothing secret there.”

Putin did not agree with the opinion that Moscow could be seriously influenced by Beijing, he called such people “not skeptics, but envious people.”
