Russian President Vladimir Putin has issued a decree ordering the organization of a large-scale educational program to combat the falsification of history, which he believes is organized by the West, TASS reported , announced by BTA.

According to a document called the Constitution of the State Policy of the Russian Federation in the Field of Historical Education, there are state contracts for the creation of historical cinema and literature, control over the content of computer games and support for the fight against falsification of history. already included in the actions of the state policy in the field of historical education.

“The actions are to promote historical education – by creating and broadcasting (dissemination) of local historical films; creating mechanisms for state and public control of the existing computer games market to prevent the uncontrolled distribution of digital products that create a distorted view. of events from national and world history, as well as the role and place of Russia in the world,” the document says.

He also claims that “the Congress is using the falsification of history as a weapon in the information war aimed at destroying the integrity of the Russian society and state.”

To combat the dangers, “coordinated, extensive and large-scale efforts must be made to organize systematic and large-scale work and ensure work in the field of historical education, education and science,” the order of the head -sit also says.
