Putin Lives In A Cage He Made Himself

LONDON, KOMPAS.com – English say, Russia is now a smaller country as a result of its invasion into Ukraine.

This was conveyed by the British Minister of Defense Ben Wallace to Sky Newsas reported BBCFriday (1/4/2022).

“President (Russian Vladimir) Putin is not the power it used to be. He’s now a man in a cage he created himself,” Wallace said.

Wallalce said Russian troops were currently exhausted and Putin had suffered heavy losses.

“The reputation of Russia’s great army has now been destroyed,” Wallace said.

“Not only does he have to live with the consequences of what he did to Ukraine, but he also has to live with the consequences of what he has done to his own squad.”

Wallace said Russian troops appeared to be regrouping and shifting their focus to southern and eastern Ukraine.

“We’ve seen it before. It always gets worse. This applies to more civilian attacks, more civilian areas,” Wallace said.

He added that international allies had agreed to supply more military equipment and lethal aid to Ukraine.

The aid to Ukraine in question includes armored vehicles, artillery, and long-range ammunition.
