MOSCOW, KOMPAS.com – Russian President Vladimir Putin launched a new campaign to silence criticism of his authoritarian regime. His new target is now six of his opponents living in the UK.
An anonymous Russian intelligence officer warns victims of the neurotoxin novichok in Salisbury, Sergei Skripal.
He has been a target of the Kremlin, and has spoken out to warn other dissidents they are on Putin’s new “kill list”.
The six critics in Britain who have been targeted by the Kremlin are Bill Browder, Christopher Steele, Vladimir Ashurkov, Mikhail Khordorkovsky, Evgeny Chichvarkin and Boris Karpichov.
Steele (56 years) is a former MI6 officer. He came to global attention after making unsubstantiated claims about a Russian spy holding a video of US President Donald Trump with a prostitute.
Browder, 56, is a longtime critic of Putin. He was deported in 2005 after being labeled a threat to Russian security.
Ashurkov, 49, was granted asylum by Britain in 2015 after he was forced to step down from his position as an investment banker in Russia. It was done because he had ties to Putin’s main political opponent, Alexei Navalny.

Khordorkovsky (57) was charged with fraud in 2003. He was later released from prison in 2014 after Amnesty International declared him a political prisoner.
Since 2015, Khordorkovsky has lived in Britain and struggled to guarantee free and fair elections in Russia.
Chichvarkin (46 years) founded Russia’s largest cell phone company, Yevroset. He is believed to have paid Alexei Navalny’s medical bills after being poisoned with neurotoxin last year, and was admitted to a hospital in Germany.
Karpichkov, 62, worked in the Cold War era spy service, the KGB, and was a major in the FSB. He moved to England in 1998 and has survived two poisoning attempts.
Russian spies opposing Putin are starting to emerge and warn the world.
They revealed that President Putin’s agents were hunting down his opponents. Especially those who have worked for the FSB, a new generation of Russian KGB that resembles the British intelligence agency MI5.

Daily Mail on Monday (22/3/2121) the source reported warning that a Russian special operations team was preparing to cross into Britain from Ireland.
“Because of Covid, almost all operations abroad were frozen. Now they are starting to activate it again, “he told Mirror.
The defector agent used a phone he threw away immediately after alerting people in Britain that a message was waiting for them on a USB drive.
The message was automatically sent with undetected email. It is believed that the two targets had alerted British police to the list of targets for the killings.
This report coincides with the British Army Chief’s order that British Special Forces will be deployed with MI6 to counter Russian military intelligence activities in a major defensive shock.
