Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree “on measures to influence unfriendly actions of the United States and other foreign states.” In particular, the document introduces sanctions against the diplomatic missions of “unfriendly countries”.

So, Putin limited the conclusion of diplomatic missions of countries committing unfriendly actions, labor contracts with individuals on the territory of Russia.
At the same time, he instructed the Russian government to determine a list of foreign states in respect of which measures of influence are applied.
Note that among the “unfriendly countries” of Russia is the United States. However, with the latest events, the list may be replenished with the Czech Republic, Poland, Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia.
