“The perpetrators and guarantors are the special services of Ukraine,” Putin said today in a meeting with the head of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, Alexander Bastrykin. He even called what happened a “murder”.
Bastrykin confirmed this and added that citizens of Russia and foreign countries helped Ukrainian special services prepare for the attack.
“There is no doubt. This is an act of terrorism aimed at destroying an extremely important infrastructure of the Russian Federation,” Putin said. This is his first public statement since yesterday’s blast, which destroyed part of the bridge connecting Crimea with the Russian transport network, noted DPA, quoted by BTA.
