Russian President Vladimir Putin and his French counterpart Emmanuel Macron discussed in a telephone conversation today the crisis over Ukraine and Moscow’s proposals to the West in the security sphere.
“The constructive dialogue on Ukraine and Russia’s initiative to establish long-term legal guarantees for the security of the Russian Federation has continued,” the Kremlin said in a statement, again referring to “provocations” by Ukrainian leaders. press
This is the third telephone conversation between the two presidents in a week. The two leaders agreed to continue their personal contacts.
