Center for Medicine and Health (Pusdokkes) The police have received samples finger cut which was found in lodeh tofu vegetable in NTT. Now, the finger is still being examined.
“Not yet (exam results), we are looking into it,” Karo Dokpol Pusdokkes Polri Brigadier General Dr. A Nyoman Eddy Purnama Wirawan told detik comMonday (19/12/2022).
Nyoman said his group had indeed received the finger sample from NTT. The shipment has been made since last Saturday (17/12).
“We received (finger samples),” Nyoman said.
Nyoman ensured that examining the finger sample was a priority. He’s aiming for the sample to be completed next week.
“Yes, we will finish it as soon as possible because it is a priority. Because there are laboratory tests, including DNA, maybe this week,” he said.
Previously, the finger pieces found in lodeh tofu in Belu, East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) had been sent to the Pusdokkes DNA Laboratory of the National Police Headquarters in Jakarta. The police hope that the laboratory results can gradually unravel the veil of this case.
A forensic expert from Bhayangkara Titus Uli Kupang Hospital, Dr. Eddi Hasibuan, said the finger fragment had been sent to Jakarta for further examination.
