Small bookstores unite weekly May 22 – 27 and they celebrate their own holiday, the Small Bookstore Week. A whole week full of meetings with beloved and beloved creators and unique actions for books, made with the imagination and love of small bookstores.
The Week of Small Bookstores takes place for the second year in a row. It is an open spring celebration dedicated to the small bookstores of the whole country, i.e. the places that never stop inspiring us, uniting us and spreading their love for books.
In Ioannina “Purple Owl” bookstore, as one of the small bookshops that celebrate, participates this year for the first time in this beautiful celebration with two events for children:
Wednesday 24/5: “Fairytale battles, children’s stories and creative narratives” with the educator Katerina Papoutsi. Time: 19:00 Ages: 4+
Saturday 27/5: Presentation of the book by foodblogger Faganoula, Marina Zafeiris, “What will we eat mom? 30 delicious mamadistic recipes”. Dietitian-nutritionist Rena Sympa forewords. Time: 12:00 Ages: 4+
