KOMPAS.com – PSSI be assertive if coach and manager Indonesian National team, Shin Tae-yong, did not come to the country on Friday (11/12/2020).

Acting Secretary General of PSSI, Yunus Nusi |, had prepared a scenario of punishment in case Shin Tae-yong didn’t come.

This is because PSSI is ready to prepare a program roadmap training center (TC) Indonesian U19 national team to Spain and is just waiting for the coach’s arrival.

Meanwhile, his three coaching assistants from South Korea arrived in Indonesia and joined the Indonesian U19 national team on Sunday (6/12/2020).

According to Yunus, Shin Tae-yong came to Indonesia late because he had to check his health condition in South Korea.

“The confirmation is that he will come to Indonesia on the evening of December 11,” Yunus Nusi was quoted as saying BolaSport.

PSSI seems to have prepared a sentence if Shin Tae-yong does not come to Indonesia on December 11, 2020.

However, the sentence will depend on the decision of the Chairman of the PSSI, Mochamad Iriawan.

“Regarding his late arrival, I have reported it to the Ketum and Exco PSSI, let it be their authority to make a decision,” said Yunus Nusi.

Shin Tae-yong’s attitude of delaying his arrival to Indonesia was previously criticized by PSSI’s technical director, Indra Sjafri.

“According to the agreement before he returned to Korea on December 1, he arrived here. There was already an appointment between Shin Tae-yong, the national team and PSSI,” said Indra Sjafri to the media crew, Monday (7/12/2020).

“This has been given one month, December 1 he came home, but until now he has not returned. After that he said he wanted check-up so back off until December 11th. “

“Meanwhile, the coaching staff from South Korea were present last night. In fact, this afternoon they took part in leading training with the local coaching team.”

While the Indonesian U19 national team is waiting for Shin Tae-yong’s arrival, PSSI is also still in charge of the administrative process related to departure to Spain.

Yunus Nusi said that the Indonesian U19 national team would depart for Spain before the new year 2021.

“We are in the administrative process. The correspondence has been completed with the Spanish federation, Catalan, “said Yunus Nusi.

“We are waiting for the children’s visas and Shin Tae-yong’s arrival. God willing, before the new year the children will already go to Spain,” he added.

Currently, the Indonesian U19 national team players are still carrying out training camps at the Madya Stadium, Jakarta.
