Peak areaBogor Regency, West Java has become one of the tourist destinations to spend the New Year holidays 2023. However, Bogor Regent Iwan Setiawan said that the people of Puncak were confused about where to spend their holidays.
“People in Puncak are confused where to go when they go to the villa, they only get to the pager, because whoever has an intention in the villa rents the villa. The puncak people only see it on the fence,” Iwan said in his speech to the Puncak Fest event, Saturday (31/12/2022).
Iwan also enjoyed the Puncak Fest 2022 event. According to him, it is better for people to come to the event than to spend time on the road with traffic jams.
“I hope the public can take part in this event. Instead of walking down the street, seeing the crowd stuck in traffic jams. It was like that in Puncak,” he said.
Hopefully the event can continue. So that the people at the top have goals, one of which is to spend the New Year.
“This is facilitated by PHRI Bogor Regency. Hopefully this is our first socialization. God willing, hopefully it continues into the future,” he added.
However, Iwan regretted that there were not many village leaders in the Puncak area. In fact, the Puncak area consists of three districts.
“The Peak was from Ciawi, Megamendung and Cisarua. But I am confused that there were only 2 village chiefs, right?
