A man died this Tuesday in Puerto Pinasco, Presidente Hayes, after not arriving on time at a hospital, since he could not leave the area due to flooding.
It is about Cecilio Portillo, who was vanished next to the junction of the route Transchaco and the artery known as Salazar, in the colony Ceibo, of the district of Puerto Pinasco, Presidente Hayes.
