“If gasoline goes up, everything goes up,” is the popular saying that reflects the importance of fuel prices in everyday life, regardless of whether we have a car or not.
Although clearly those most interested in fuel prices are motorists, those who are behind the wheel and deal with traffic on the roads of Puebla, either to get to work or because that is their job, driving.

For this reason, government agencies such as the Energy Regulatory Commission (CRE) and the Federal Consumer Protection Agency (Profeco) constantly publish the updated prices of gasoline and diesel throughout the Mexican territory. Here are those from this October 11 in Puebla.
Regular gasoline costs an average of 23,697 pesos per liter.
Meanwhile, premium gasoline is at an average of 24,568 pesos per liter.
Finally, diesel sells for an average of 25,056 pesos per liter.
Prices reported by permit holders online in accordance with the obligation established in Agreement No. A/041/2018 of the Energy Regulatory Commission.

Profeco also has a website in order to provide updated information on the service stations that sell gasoline and diesel with the highest and lowest prices in the entire country.
The Profeco page is called “Who’s who in gasoline”, which is built from the CRE’s own reports on the public sale of gasoline and diesel.
Other Profeco services are the Litro X Litro application, available on iOS and Android, where users will be able to identify fuel stations that sell full liters of gasoline, as well as compare prices, file complaints and reports.
