Jakarta –
The Indonesian Survey Circle (LSI) Denny JA mentioned the level of public trust in President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) reached 90%. PKS regards the survey as a propaganda survey.
“The satisfaction survey is a propaganda survey, it is not appropriate to be a measure, indicators of satisfaction should be from statistical data, poverty rates, child malnutrition and stunting prevalence, maternal and child mortality rates, human development index, debt and law enforcement and unemployment,” said the spokesperson. PKS Muhammad Iqbal told reporters, Wednesday (12/7/2023).
He then gave notes on Jokowi’s performance in a number of sectors. Among other things in the field of law and employment.
“Jokowi’s performance in the field of law and corruption eradication is still far from expectations, including the lack of job opportunities,” said Iqbal.
“The aspect of law enforcement and eradicating corruption in the Jokowi era is far from expectations, it is felt that the law is still not able to provide justice for the community,” he continued.
He asked Jokowi to focus on completing political promises. he alluded to the budget for the Archipelago Capital City (IKN), which according to him could be used for public health and welfare.
“President Jokowi should fulfill his political promises in the remainder of his term, corruption is still high, poverty rates are high, the education and health sectors are still far from expectations. The problem of teacher welfare is still far from expectations including health, the prevalence of stunting children is still 21.6% far from the target of 14%,” said Iqbal.
“Likewise with malnourished toddlers and chronic diseases, it is best if the budget for building the National Public University is used to strengthen the education and health sectors,” he continued.
