The Public Prosecution Service has demanded five years in prison against five men who were alleged to have been involved in the controversial tunnel robbery at BNP Paribas-Fortis on February 3, 2019 at the Belgiëlei. The three defendants who showed up at the trial demand the acquittal. “They had absolutely no idea what kind of story they were involved in,” said lawyer Vincent Andries.
