Counselor Ahmed El-Sherbiny, First Prosecutor of Mahalla, decided, under the supervision of Counselor Mohamed Abdel Latif, Chief Prosecutor, to form a tripartite committee of experts from the Banking Control and Supervision Department at the Central Bank, to examine the work of the customer relations manager in the retail sector in one of the investment banks in Mahalla, in the communication accused of appropriation. It also stated in the decision of the Public Prosecution to examine all the bank accounts mentioned in the communication, and it was decided to examine those submitted by the bank in light of the legally established restrictions, to indicate the value of the seized financial amounts, and to indicate whether or not these amounts were in his custody, and to indicate how they were seized and to indicate whether someone participated with him. The Public Prosecution also requested the disclosure of the aforementioned employee’s bank accounts, deposits, trusts, and safes belonging to him, his wife, and his two minor daughters, in order to indicate the amount of balances in those accounts, if any, and the movements that occurred in them and those dealing with them, and to determine the amount of transfers that were entered into and exited from them, and specifically the beneficiaries from them, and an indication if they are related. Reporting or not, provided that the Public Prosecution is notified immediately after the formation of the committee to set an investigation session for swearing in, in preparation for the committee to begin its work.
And the third circuit of the Mahalla Al-Kubra Criminal Court decided to seize the money of an employee of one of the investment banks in Mahalla, his wife, and two minor children from his children in the incident in which he is accused of seizing the money of the bank’s clients, and the Public Prosecutor issued a temporary decision to seize the money of the accused employee, and the matter was referred to the Criminal Court Department Competent.
