The Ministry of Public Works, in a press release published this Thursday, November 9, 2023, invited Gabonese small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in its sector of activity to submit their applications to be able to access the public order. “To follow up on press release no. 24 of the Committee for the Transition and Restoration of Institutions (CTRI) relating to the promotion of national entrepreneurship by exclusively granting contracts below 150 million CFA francs to Gabonese small and medium-sized enterprises , the Minister of Public Works invites managers of Gabonese SMEs specializing in construction and public works to submit their files for registration,” underlines the text.
Subscribers must include in the file “the updated list of their materials and equipment, as well as details of the head office. For sole proprietorships and one-person limited liability companies: a copy of the circuit sheet. For other corporate forms: a copy of the statutes and internal regulations,” specifies the press release. The deadline for admissibility of said files is Friday November 17, 2023.
