Your main activities:
1/ Monitoring of DDI staff from different ministries (MTES, MASA, MSO, MEFI):
– Ensure the follow-up of the workforce
– Follow-up of ministerial surveys or regional directorates, statistical elaborations
– follow-up of promotions and advancements
– follow-up of contractual recruitments
– publication of job descriptions,
– Follow-up of external mobility (transfers and secondments, etc.) and internal movements
2/ Support to the interministerial referent for medical affairs: (In pairs)
Participation in all tasks relating to the medical affairs referent, and in particular:
– follow-up and instruction of ordinary illness files (CMO), CLM, CLD, TPT, retirement for disability, ATI, commuting and service accidents, subject to medical advice.
– updating of individual situations in dedicated applications (Casper, Dialogue, Renoirh, CHORUS) and monitoring tables
– the taking of acts relating to the various administrative situations
– the establishment of various letters, information and advice to agents
– management and monitoring of practitioner fees (health personnel and medical experts)
– referral to the competent authorities (medical advice)
3/ Statistical monitoring as part of the Prefecture social dialogue:
– Within the framework of social dialogue, preparation of statistical data and assistance to the local referent for the preparation of files
– Preparation of data allowing the drafting of the annual social report (Ministry of the Interior)
– Preparation of CASPER extractions

Service activities
The careers and remuneration office monitors the career management of the staff of the DDI and the Essonne Prefecture as well as the remuneration of the staff of the prefecture.
It also ensures the provisional monitoring of human resources.
Composition and staffing of the service
The office is made up of 2 sections (DIALOGUE 2 and RENOIRH), 1 office manager, 2 deputy section heads and 14 managers
