PUBG goes into heroic fantasy for April 1 with the “Fantasy Battle Royale” mode, where players compete with swords, crossbows or spells with a system of classes and equipment to improve .
Available now and until April 8 (6:59 am), this temporary “FBR” mode pits twenty squads of four players on “Dragon Island” (Erangel), only in TPP (Third Person Perspective). Once the matchmaking is over, you have to choose to play a Barbarian, a Ranger, a Magician or a Paladin, four classes, each with unique characteristics. The Paladin is for example able to heal his teammates by making first aid kits and healing bombs, while the Magician unleashes powerful spells (fiery rain, fireball …), but has a small number of PV.
Here, no classic objects (weapons, ammunition …) to pick up on the map, but crafting resources used to upgrade your class weapon, your necklace and your ring. With this in mind, the supply crates thus contain gems and also confer a temporary invincibility buff. Two vehicles are also in the game: the Noble steed (motorcycle) and the Dragon-mobile (UAZ).
