Utrecht – On Sunday evening, additional corona angels will be set in eight security regions, forcing cafes to close at 1 a.m. and no more than 50 people may be present together. Hospitality entrepreneur Jos de Winter of café Nieuwe Dikke Dries in Utrecht has been dealing with that early closing time since last week, but remains positive: “Instead of 150 we only have 45 people inside, but all the tables are occupied. We have to obey the rules and we do, although it is becoming increasingly difficult. ”
