The Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources has named a consortium consisting of PT Niaga Gemilang and PT Rukun Raharja Tbk the winner of the oil and gas (WK) work area tender (oil and gas) Central Java. Rukun Raharja itself is a company whose shares are partly owned by the husband of DPR RI chairman Puan Maharani, Happy Hapsoro.
In addition, the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources has also named Blue Sky Paus Ltd as the winner of the WK Paus auction.
“On behalf of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, we will announce the winners of the 2022 Oil and Gas Direct Bid Auction for Jabung Tengah CA and Paus CA,” said Oil and Gas Director General Tutuka Ariadji, Wednesday (28/12/2022).
He explained, Jabung Tengah WK has an area of 8,728.34 km2. This working area is located on land and sea and covers the regions of Riau, Jambi and the Riau archipelago.
Rukun Raharja is a public company under the share code RAJA. As mentioned from its official website, RAJA is an integrated upstream energy supplier which was established on 24th December 1993. One of the shareholders of RAJA is known to be Puan Maharani’s husband, Happy Hapsoro.
