PTT has signed renewal of ICBL contracts with 5 group companies – stock size

Stock size – PTT announces short-term liquidity management between the company and group companies that do not hold 100% of the shares in the form of a loan between them (Inter-Company Borrowing and Lending: ICBL) with a contractual term of 1 year from 20 December 2022 to December 19, 2023, in order to increase the efficiency of cash management and financial cooperation within the group 5 companies divided as follows

1. PTTEP, the credit limit that PTT allows the company to borrow is 5 billion baht, and the credit line that can be borrowed by the company is 5 billion baht.
2. PTTGC, the credit limit that PTT allows the company to borrow is 10 billion baht, and the credit line that can be borrowed by the company is 3.5 billion baht.
3. TOP The credit limit that PTT can borrow from the company is 2.1 billion baht, and the credit line that can be borrowed from the company is 2.1 billion baht.
4. IRPC, the credit limit that PTT allows the company to borrow is 10 billion baht, and the credit line that can be borrowed by the company is 1.5 billion baht.
5. OR The credit limit that PTT allows the company to borrow is 2.5 billion baht and the line of credit that the company can borrow is 1.5 billion baht.

Including the renewal of the ICBL contract with JPIC, where the credit line that PTT lends to the company is 1.5 billion baht and the credit line that can be borrowed by the company is 500 million baht.
