PTI’s letter to the Chief Justice, demanding rule of law

Web Desk: PTI Information Secretary Rauf Hassan says that a letter containing 7 points has been written to the Chief Justice with the permission of PTI founder.
In the letter, the founder PTI stressed on civil supremacy and the supremacy of the Constitution. Along with this, in the letter, he also wrote the statement of NAB on the issue of vehicle from Toshakhana of Nawaz Sharif.
The letter says that now is the time to prove it. The letter also highlights the Bahanagar incident, the judges’ letter and the Rawalpindi Commissioner’s case.
The letter, written with the permission of founder PTI, said that PTI’s petition regarding irregularities in the general elections has been pending for two months. Non-seriousness in this regard will increase the constitutional crisis.
While talking to the media in Islamabad, Rauf Hassan said that the Chief Justice could not maintain the system of flouting the law and the subordinate judiciary, the reference of Tosha Khana and other cases are also written in the letter.
He said that we have mentioned more lawlessness and conditions in the letter.
PTI spokesperson said that the occupying people are targeting PTI with every possible effort. The internet was suspended on February 8, now the same narrative is being repeated once again in the national elections.
