TEMPO.CO, Jakarta – PT Suzuki Indomobil Sales (SIS) handed over 26 units of the first Suzuki Grand Vitara to consumers, Saturday, 3 June 2023.
The ceremonial handover of the first unit, which was held in the Senayan area, Central Jakarta, was represented by 26 consumers from the Greater Jakarta area. This also marks the beginning of unit distribution to consumers throughout Indonesia.
Matsushita Ryohei as 4W Sales & Marketing Director of Suzuki Indonesia said that today is an extraordinary moment for Suzuki in Indonesia, because we can all witness and even carry out the handover Grand Vitara first to consumers.

Suzuki prepared 26 units of the Grand Vitara type GX according to the initial customer representatives who attended the event. As a form of gratitude to consumers, SIS also provides exclusive souvenirs to representatives of prime consumers which can be of particular value for their pride.

Simultaneously with the implementation of the ceremony for the delivery of the first unit, all Suzuki dealers in Indonesia are also ready to distribute the Grand Vitara to consumers who have previously ordered it.
In addition, SIS has also ensured that the stock availability of the Grand Vitara has also been fulfilled throughout the Suzuki dealer network in Indonesia to satisfy the curiosity of the public and potential customers who want to see and try the Grand Vitara directly through a test drive service.
For information, this SUV was first introduced at the IIMS 2023 event last February. This car is equipped with a 1,500cc engine coded K15C Dual Jet and embedding Smart Hybrid Vehicle by Suzuki (SHVS) technology.
Available in seven color choices with a choice of types, namely GL and GX, the Suzuki Grand Vitara can now be priced at (On The Road DKI Jakarta) IDR 359,400,000 for the GL type, IDR 384,400,000 for the GX Single Tone type, and IDR 387,400. 000 for the GX Two Tone type.
