Jakarta – PT Modernland Realty Tbk. (MDLN) has held an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS), located at Club House Jakarta Garden City, East Jakarta, Friday (01/09/2023). The EGM appointed a number of new officials in the body of this housing developer.
The EGMS which was attended by all levels of the Board of Commissioners and Board of Directors, as well as the Company’s Notary discussed the approval for the appointment of the Company’s Directors and resignation.
The results of the meeting approved the appointment of Pascall Wilson as Director in charge of the Industrial Division and Fetrizal Bobby Heryunda as Director in charge of the Investment & Corporate Strategy Division. As well as accepting the resignation of the previous Director, namely David Iman Santosa.
Of course, the appointment of the two new directors was not without reason because they have solid experience in their fields.
For additional information, Pascal Wilson (46) is an Indonesian citizen with a Master of Business (MBA) educational background and has more than 20 years experience in the chemical, construction, telecommunications and food and beverage industries and the property and real estate sectors. particularly in the development and management of industrial estates and integrated business areas.
Since 2016, Pascall Wilson has also joined the company and served as Operations Director. Then in 2017, he also served as Industrial Division Managing Director in one of the company’s subsidiaries engaged in the industrial sector, PT Modern Industrial Estat.
Meanwhile, Fetrizal Bobby Heryunda (46) joined the company in 2018 by holding the position of President Director in one of the subsidiaries.
Later, he served as MDLN’s Investment Director in 2019 and in 2022 was entrusted to concurrently serve as CFO of Urban Development, before finally serving as Corporate Investment & Strategy Director in 2023.
Armed with more than 20 years of experience, Fetrizal Bobby Heryunda has expertise in the real and financial services sector related to corporate actions, funding, investment and financial management.
Through the two new directors of Modernland, it is hoped that they can accept deficiencies and improve them and seek breakthroughs to go beyond improvements so that they become better and new solutions for the company in the future.
President Director of PT Modernland Realty Tbk., William Honoris said, the various achievements PT Modernland Realty Tbk. throughout the past 40 years, this cannot be separated from the leadership factor which has always been able to accept deficiencies and improve them as well as seek breakthroughs to go beyond improvements so that they become better and new solutions for the company.
